We did some measuring in the sun last week and worked in groups to draw out rectangles with the same perimeters. We got quicker at doing this the more we did and some pupils came up with some super methods to work out different dimensions! Great group work and communication skills!
Stas’, Zoe, Oisin and Rory shared photos and videos of what they have been up to outside of school. Stas’ is continuing to shine in soccer, Zoe shared photos of when her mammy met a Princess and Oisin and Rory came across what looked like famine houses when they were out and about! We are doing the Irish Famine in school and the kids are really enjoying the topic!
