Fianna has been busy with her school work but also learning some life skills as well.

Here she is making her own chicken goujons. Her mummy cut the chicken for her while she prepared the breadcrumbs,  flour and eggs. She then breaded them,  making sure she used one hand for wet ingredients and one for dry ingredients, so her hands didn't get too messy.

As you can see they turned out great and they tasted even better!!

I think it's safe to say Fianna is following in the steps of her Mum with these great cooking skills.

Pupils in P5/6 were set the task of designing and writing a postcard to a family member or friend. Fianna chose a friend called Grace. She worked hard and produced a beautiful postcard for Grace. I hope she loves it!

Liam Donnelly wrote to his granny in Magherafelt. He came up with a good idea for the front design and stuck a photo of him and his dog on it! I’m sure Liam’s granny was just delighted to receive such a thoughtful postcard.

Katie has finished 3 mandalas and stuck them on her window. They are so colourful and pretty. She also completed one of her Religion tasks which was to pray a Rosary and learn about the Joyful Mysteries. Your pictures are brilliant Katie. You are very artistic!

Well done to the girls for all their hard work. It's great to see they are enjoying home learning.
