Searching for Autumn in P1&2🍂
13th Oct 2025
P1&2 have been learning all about Autumn. We set off on an autumn walk at the beginning of last week to see what signs of autumn we could spot in our playground. We found lots of fallen leaves, some minibeasts🐞, berries growing on the bushes and we spied some toadstools growing near the trees🍄🍁. During Welly Wednesday the hunt for Autumn continued, the children were enjoying using the magnifying glasses to get a closer look at signs of autumn and some spiders🕷️. Some of the boys and girls also found a little frog hiding in our new sand hut🐸 Niamh rescued the frog and moved it to a safer place!
