Stádas 'Scoil Spreagtha' 2025!

We are chomh sásta/ so happy St Anne's has achieved Scoil Spreagtha status for 2025! Our school has achieved this through participation in the Gael Linn 'Scoil Spreagtha' programme which supports the teaching of Irish language in schools where lessons are delivered using the English language. 

The award was presented yesterday at an event in Ollscoil Uladh / Ulster University í mBeal Feirste/ Belfast. The children had a great morning playing Bingo Loco, Mindfulness and singing songs, as Gaelige. Go raibh mhaith agat to Séamas and all at Gael Linn for their work and the support given to our school.

We are so proud of our children's achievements, ag foghlaim / learning an teanga Eireannach / the Irish language. We hope our P7 leavers will build on what they learned in their new schools next year and we look forward to teaching the Corkey Kids a cúpla focal/ a few words next year.
